HOW TO HEAL PROLAPSE: AN INTERVIEW
How to heal prolapse? It’s one of the most common questions I’m asked. Most women don’t know where to begin or understand how their body could heal what most doctors say cannot be healed.
It all begins with undoing what we have taken on as beliefs. Once we understand we have not been given the truth nor the full picture related to prolapse, we begin to understand what prolapse actually is: a symptom that needs to be tended to in order to resolve.
Watch my chat with integrative maternity expert and bestselling author, Kathy Fray, below.
Healing prolapse also isn’t something many people talk about. In fact, I don’t know of anyone who speaks about the body’s ability to heal from one of the most common health conditions that affects one out of two women in the Western world. It is time to shift our perspective and change the conversation so we can focus on how to not only heal but also live our full potential.
My work in this field was born out of my own experience with uterine prolapse—and fully healing it using a natural and holistic approach. While I have much to tell women about how their body can also heal their prolapse symptoms, getting the message out there isn’t always easy. We have become so conditioned to believe that Pelvic Organ Prolapse is purely a mechanical issue that it can be challenging to shift our ideas and beliefs around what is possible.
So, when integrative maternity expert and multiple bestselling author, Kathy Fray, invited me to be a guest speaker on the International Integrated Maternal Health Care Organisation (IIMHCO) Maternity Natural Health Webinar, I jumped at the chance.
Below is my almost hour-long chat with Kathy, in which we talk about my prolapse story, how I healed, how I approached my healing and how other women can become their own guru to activate their own unique healing.
How to Heal Prolapse
Pelvic Organ Prolapse does not have to be a life sentence. It is a physical symptom giving very clear signals that there is something or somethings in our lives that are out of balance, neglected or missing. It is up to our own selves to listen, to support the body and activate our own healing potential.
I hope you enjoy the interview, below. If you have questions for me, please feel free to leave them in the comments and I will answer.
