Prolapse of the Uterus & My Healing Journey
Yes, it is absolutely possible to heal prolapse of the uterus.
I was recently interviewed by healer and intuitive, Rebecca Dettman, for her Soul Doctor Show podcast—specifically for her Womb Worship episode. This was the first time I had spoken publicly about my four-year journey holistically healing one of the Western world’s most common health conditions.
It’s a topic I’m deeply passionate about, particularly as so many women feel that surgery may be the only option to heal what is essentially a body way out of balance. Prolapse of the uterus is a symptom of a problem/imbalance—it may be a physical sign but it doesn’t always mean the cause is physical, even if it presented itself after heavy lifting or bouncing at the gym.
While there is no quick fix if you choose to heal prolapse of the uterus naturally (in my case second-degree uterine prolapse), I am proof that it absolutely can be reversed if you’re willing to do the work.
What I haven’t shared in detail is how I healed. However, my website will be a space to do just that (also join my private Facebook community here). If you’re experiencing prolapse of the uterus, please know you’re not alone, even though it’s a condition that seems to be shrouded in secrecy. Women just don’t want to talk about their body parts failing them. While I understand that, it’s an issue I personally cannot be silent about.

As touched on above, prolapse of the uterus goes well beyond the physical, even though physical work is part of the required work to heal. This is also an emotional, mental and spiritual issue.
I will be sharing much about my healing journey here (relevant to all women, regardless if you have prolapse or not), as well as in my monthly newsletter, which you can sign up for here.
In the meantime, take a listen to Rebecca’s podcast below.
